Clean as a Mother ATL is growing, and we're looking for part-time residential house cleaners to join our team in Atlanta. Earn a living wage with flexible weekday hours and opportunities for growth. No cleaning experience required.

This position works especially well for someone who needs to be available in the afternoons, such as picking up kids, handling personal responsibilities, or balancing another job — but it’s open to anyone whose schedule aligns.
Professional cleaning experience is not required. We provide thorough training and clear systems. We care far more about communication, a good attitude, reliability, work ethic, and attention to detail than prior cleaning experience.
People with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, restaurants, animal care, photography, caregiving, or other "on-your-feet" roles tend to do especially well here.

Job Requirements:
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Smartphone with data plan for scheduling, GPS, communication, and clocking in/out
• Availability of at least 15 hours per week
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation and vehicle insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
